Comedian Short Jokes A – Z

Do you want to laugh again and find jokes you’ve not heard, by your fav’ comedian? Well, on Bit Comedy there’s a handy page for you to scroll down and pick your favourite comedian and read their top jokes and one-liners.

Old School Comedians

If you like your jokes more traditional then have a gander at John Bishop, Ken Dodd and Les Dawson (although I think Les had a wonderful surreal edge).

Timeless Comics

Tommy Cooper was the man. He said he got away and made his audience life because he had ‘faith’ in his delivery. Done with innocence it blows your lungs. Woody Allen was a genius standup. If you’ve never heard his early stuff then have a look.

Upward Thrusting

Sean ‘Cheeky Chappy’ Lock, the sublime Russell Howard and Harry Hill are all wonderful originators of the short joke. Have a read and compare their material.

Surreal Genius Comedy

I love the surreal so you’ll find the best of surreal comics on this page. The Comedy God, Steven Wright, Badger-man Eddie Izzard and the highly-tuned Emo Philips.

Please let Bit Comedy know if you can’t see a comedian you love on this page.
